The aim of the conference is to problematize and update the goals of upbringing and education, their significance and ways of achieving them as the most important human activity. The conference is focused on presenting scientific research and examples of good practice arising from pedagogical traditions in a contemporary plural context.
Thematic areas of the conference are:
- pedagogical traditions
- educational values in the national, European and international context
- perspectives and challenges of contemporary educational factors
- professional cultures and communication
- the relationship between pedagogical theory and pedagogical practice
- pedagogical pluralism
- international external evaluations.
The conference is intended for pedagogues and other professional associates, educators, teachers and lecturers at all educational levels, mentors and advisors, principals, educators in student dormitories, undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students and experts for whom upbringing and education is an area of scientific and professional interest, as well as the general public.
The conference program consists of a plenary session, work in sections, a round table, workshops, a workshop for students and a poster exhibition.
The conference will be held live.
Working languages of the conference are Croatian and English.
