All authors whose presentation abstracts have been accepted and who wish to participate in the conference are required to pay the conference fee. The fee covers printed conference materials, coffee and refreshments during breaks, and lunch. Payment of the fee shall constitute formal registration as a conference participant.

The registration and fee payment period will be open from 1 March to 15 March 2026.
