Registration & Submission
The deadlines for registration are the following:
Early registration: March 31st, 2018
Full registration: May 31st, 2018
Online, last minute registration: July 10th, 2018
Please notice that on site Registration is not possible.
Also, notice that the abstracts of participants who have not fully registered before, will not be included in the electronic version of the ECP19 book of abstracts.
Registration regularly includes the following three steps:
(a) register as a participant;
(b) submit your work (optional);
(c) payment of the conference fee.
All registrations have to be made online.

Fees include lunches, coffee breaks and conference materials.
- Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
