Poster Format Guidelines

  • Posters must fit the designated panels and should not exceed A0 format (width: 84.1 cm / 33.1 in, height: 118.9 cm / 46.8 in) in vertical orientation.
  • To enhance readability, avoid excessive text and focus on visually engaging presentation of results.
  • The authors’ names and affiliations should be clearly displayed at the top of the poster.
  • Use double-spacing between text lines and structure the content into clear sections (e.g., Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion).

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  • The poster session will take place on the second day of the conference, May 23, 2025, following the afternoon session and coffee break.
  • At least one author should be present during the poster session. Authors attending the conference online should display their contact email address at the bottom of the poster and be available for written discussion.
  • The posters should be mounted by 1:00 PM, on May 24, 2025, and be removed by 7:00 PM on the same day.
  • The organizing committee and volunteers will be responsible for mounting posters in the designated area.
  • All posters must be submitted at the registration desk, no later than 10:00 AM of the second day of the conference.
  • All posters must be submitted in digital format. We kindly ask you to submit a digital version of your poster to ene2025@unizd.hr, by May 20, 2025.

Printing Instructions

  • Participants may bring their printed posters or request on-site printing.
  • To request printing, submit a PDF version of the poster (minimum resolution: 300 dpi) by May 18, 2025, to marko@fg-grafika.hr. Please state that you are a participant of the ENE2025 Conference at the University of Zadar. If you require an invoice issued to your institution, please include the relevant information in your email request.
  • The organizing committee will collect the printed posters and mount them in the designated area for the poster session.
