Dear participants,

On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to thank you for your interest in attending and participating in our conference.

To complete the registration process, please fill out this short form with basic information, available at the following link:

The form collects your personal data and other necessary information, including details for those who require an invoice. It also allows you to express your interest in attending the excursions planned for the last day of the conference, May 25, 2025. Please note that the number of spaces for excursions is limited, so we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible.

For those of you who have already made the payment, please complete the form as well, ensuring you check the appropriate boxes.

The registration fee includes access to the welcoming party, coffee breaks, and the conference final day dinner. As part of the registration process, we kindly ask you to indicate any dietary needs or preferences that we should be aware of to accommodate your requirements.

For the excursions, you can choose from two activities. These are not included in the registration fee and will require separate payment. You can make the payment along with your registration fee, as a separate transfer (ensuring that the payment description clearly states the name of the excursion), or directly at the conference.

Please be assured that your data will be securely stored and used only for conference-related purposes.

Abstracts

 

Abstracts for both oral and poster presentations can be submitted via our online Google Forms portal:

Abstract submission:

An abstract should be submitted by February 1, 2025 via our website https://conference.unizd.hr/ENE2025. If you experience any issues submitting abstract through the Google Forms please send it to us at ene2025@unizd.hr.

The abstract should contain the author’s name, institution affiliation, title, session and up to 5 keywords. Please state the type of presentation of your choice (oral presentation or poster) at the end of the abstract. The abstract should not include references and figures. Notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author by February 20. The official language of the meeting is English.
