Socializing Craft & contemporary Art for sustainable Tourism

Within the framework of the SOCRAT project, funded through the Interreg Italy–Croatia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme, the scientific and professional conference Co-creating Sustainable Tourism brings together researchers, practitioners, experts, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and representatives of local communities to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and knowledge exchange on sustainable, inclusive, and authentic tourism development.

The Conference focuses on the co-creation of tourism policies, products, and experiences through the active involvement of local communities, the application of innovative and creative approaches, and the valorisation of local identities, culture, and gastronomy. The Conference programme includes  keynote lecture by Daniela Angelina Jelinčić, and offers opportunities for exchange and collaboration between academia and industry. The programme will also feature a special session on professional practices in sustainable tourism.
