Abstract submission

Instruction to authors

Abstract have to contain up to 250 words, written in Times New Roman 12 font. It is recommended to be written in the first-person plural, avoiding passive verb forms, using standard forms without abbreviations.. The abstract must consist of the full title, the author’s name and affiliation, a clear description of the paper s aim, a short description of the material and method, the most important hypotheses, results and conclusions and at least two to six keywords.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations time slots:10 min + 5 min discussion
Presentations
Speakers are requested to bring their presentation files (ppt, pptx or pdf ) on an USB memory stick to the hall minimum 15 minutes in advance of their session.
Please, check the final scientific program.
Use of your own computer is not possible.
If you have any special requirements, please make sure to get in contact with the technical staff at the conference hall.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Presenting authors are expected to be in front of their posters during the poster session time.
Please, check the final scientific program.
Poster format
The size of the posters should not be bigger than 80 cm (wide) X 100 cm (high).
Poster presenting authors are responsible for setting-up and taking down their poster. Self-adhesive pads for posting will be offered by the organizer as well as standing by their posters during the corresponding poster section.
