REGISTRATION AND FEES

The conference will be held in presence at the University of Zadar, following the epidemiological measures in effect at the time of the conference.

As of the 25th of February to access to University buildings you need to provide one of the following certificates:

  1. a proof of having recently recovered from COVID-19;
  2. a valid certificate of vaccination (EU Digital COVID Certificate or equivalent);
  3. a negative COVID test (for reference: University employees without a valid COVID Certificate have to test twice a week): these tests can be performed in Zadar.

If your case falls under 1. or 2. above, please send us the relevant certificate upon registration. If your case falls under 3. above or if you have any inquiry, please contact us.

UPDATE CONCERNING EPIDEMIOLOGICAL MEASURES!!

As of the 1st of March to access to University buildings the aforementioned certificates are no longer needed!

Wearing face masks is STILL mandatory at all times when inside the University building.

Registration:

  • Deadline for registration: March 7, 2022
  • To register to the conference you need to complete this form and pay the conference fees. Non-presenters must register using the form and pay the reduced fee as well. Further details are provided in the form itself.

Fees:

  • 70 EUR 60 EUR / 450 HRK – regular registration fee
  • 30 EUR 25 EUR / 190 HRK – registration fee for PhD students, retired colleagues, and others without a regular income
  • 25 EUR / 190 HRK – registration fee for non-presenters

Conference fees cover the costs of conference materials, coffee breaks and the catering for one social dinner (probably held on the 6th April).
