The registration desk is located on the second floor of the Old Camups buliding – next to the Main Hall..
At the registration you can pay your membership fee, registration fee if you are not a member, sign for the excursions, find your way to the conference rooms.
Materials include printed version of the program, book of abstracts, coffee/tea breaks.
Membership fees:

for students from all CEE and SEE countries (PhD candidates count as full members, not as students) |

for retired persons / pensioners from all CEE and SEE countries |

No-shows
Each paper should be presented by one of the authors in person at the conference site according to the published programme timetable.
Any paper accepted into the program, but not presented will be withdrawn from the official program and proceedings.
